SHIPPING

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days but could take up to 5 business days. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please contact us at underaurorabeauty@gmail.com and we will do what we can to get it out in time. Orders are shipped from Columbus, OH and usually take 1-3 business days.

INSURANCE

Under Aurora is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen.  If you would like your package to be insured please contact us and we will bill you for the additional charge.

RETURNS

At this time we do not accept returns.  All sales are final.

INTERNATIONAL

We can ship internationally but are not responsible for any custom costs or tax duties that may apply. If you are interested in placing an international order please email underaurorabeauty@gmail.com with the items that you would like and your shipping address. We will send you shipping quote and invoice.
